While the star of the show is no doubt succulent roasted pork, we aim to provide a variety of options to suit every taste. Instead of pork, you could instead opt for other meat alternatives such as chicken, beef, duck, lamb, and fish – all cooked in the exact same process.

We have additional menus which feature vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free dishes which are all available on request. Any allergies? No problem! Saturday 10th October we celebrated our joint 60th birthdays & belated 30th Wedding Anniversary celebrations & we booked Spitting Pig as our caterers. We cannot thank them enough. The food was absolutely beautiful & delicious.We selected our choice for our party from the Southern Slow Roast menu. BBQ pork butter, Texan 24 hour Beef Brisket, Cajun Spiced Roast Chicken, Haloumi/Mediterranean Vegetable Skewers, salad, potato & sweet potato fries, coleslaw, rolls, wraps (which included gluten free). They were able to set up outside our venu although if necessary would have set up inside. They provided a gazebo to serve from. They provided all the plates & cutlery & condiments. All our guests commented on how well organised the set up was, how tasty the food was & how friendly & professional the servers were. They were professional from start to finish and really made the day special. The initial booking was easy and simple, they contacted me a few days before to come firm the details and on the way they were amazing. They brought everything to set up and clear away! Spitting Pig catered our hog roast and were brilliant - punctual, self-sufficient, and clearly thoughtful about how they worked. Food was served bang on time, the hog roast and stuffing were excellent, and the pulled jackfruit was a great veggie option too. Good sauces, quality bamboo plates, and they left zero mess behind. We have used several caterers over the years for our annual events—some better than others—and honestly didn’t think our previous caterer could be beaten. However, The Spitting Pig Co. has officially taken the trophy!

There wasn’t a single bad word said about the food—in fact, there weren’t many words spoken at all, apart from the occasional “Ooooh” and “Mmmmm!” Ste and his sous chef were absolutely brilliant: friendly, professional and a real credit to the company.

The food was unbelievably tasty. We chose the slow-roasted brisket, BBQ pork butt and Cajun chicken thighs, served with mixed fries, corn cobettes and a Greek salad. Everything was cooked to perfection. Some guests went back for thirds and fourths—not because the portions were small, but because they simply couldn’t get enough!

I honestly can’t recommend The Spitting Pig Co. highly enough and wouldn’t hesitate to book them again. In fact, I’m about to email them now to reserve them for our Christmas party—the festive menu looks amazing!

I had my 70th on Saturday 22nd of August 2026 and had The Spitting Pig as our caterers. They were catering for 17 kids and about 50 Adults.Tony and his team were brilliant, they arrived early and worked tirelessly to ensure we had a great day. We used Spitting Pig for a reward meal for 90 staff. Chose the Southern Slow Roast Menu which was absolutely brilliant. Food was awesome and well set out. This is the second time we have used Spitting Pig. The last time was for a Hog Roast which was also amazing. Would absolutely recommend.
