On Monday, Hog Roast Stockbridge had the delightful opportunity to bring some summer cheer to a garden party for care home residents, and what a fabulous day it was! With temperatures soaring to a sizzling 29 degrees, it was clear that our BBQ Menu was the perfect choice to help everyone beat the heat and enjoy a delicious feast.
As the sun blazed, Hog Roast Stockbridge’s catering manager, Kyle, and his dedicated team were hard at work, turning up the heat in the best way possible. They laboured tirelessly to prepare a tasty spread that catered to every craving and ensured that everyone could enjoy a fantastic meal. For those hankering for juicy, perfectly cooked burgers, our handmade 100% British beef burgers were a dream come true. Served on soft, pillowy buns with options for melting cheese, fresh tomato slices, and a variety of sauces, they were the ultimate summer delight. But we didn’t stop there. Our gourmet sausages were chargrilled to crispy perfection, boasting a satisfying snap with every bite and a juicy interior that made them simply irresistible. The chicken kebabs were moist and succulent, while the spareribs were meaty, flavourful, and fell right off the bone.
