To make this process as streamlined as possible, he is hosting a recruitment day this October for applicants to attend. The event will include several interview rounds and a group task, allowing him to meet and hire applicants in one day. To make the day more enjoyable for everyone, Hog Roast Charlton has been hired to cater for the occasion with a classic buffet menu. In preparation for the recruitment day, the Hog Roast Charlton team will arrive at the business venue in the morning and set up our catering station in the break room. We will start the day by slow-roasting the hog and allowing it to cook to perfection for around five hours. Once it is time to serve, the succulent pork will be presented with fresh bread rolls, sage and onion stuffing, crispy crackling, and homemade applesauce. Additionally, we will be serving homemade chips and a selection of fresh salad dishes to create a varied and delicious buffet lunch.
