Lorraine and Michael host plenty of parties and events for their friends, neighbours, and family. Currently, the couple are organising an autumnal dinner party for 25 guests to enjoy at their home in Andover. For casual occasions, Michael is usually in charge of the catering, but they wanted to do something different for this event. After enjoying our catering at a wedding earlier this year, the couple knew that our hog roast would be the perfect menu for the occasion! As well as being filling and hearty, it is also the perfect autumnal feast to suit the occasion.
On the day of the party, the Hog Roast Tewksbury will prepare all of our ingredients on-site to ensure maximum flavour and freshness with every dish. Firstly, we will slow-roast the hog and allow it to cook to perfection for around five hours. Once ready, the succulent pork will be served alongside all of the trimmings, as well as roasted potatoes, seasonal vegetables and homemade gravy. This is a filling and delicious meal, with plenty for everyone to enjoy. Later in the evening, we will serve a selection of dessert options, allowing the guests to enjoy fresh cream profteroles or individual cheesecakes. Both options look and taste incredible and are perfect for finishing off a wonderful meal.
